One of the most noticeable updates is the Outlander’s enhanced exterior styling. This includes new headlights, the grille, and lower bumper, and new 18-inch alloy wheels.
Engineers worked on the suspension and steering systems to give the Outlander improved performance, handling, and ride comfort. These enhancements come standard on all trim levels.
In the cabin, the Outlander gets new front seats that should feel more supportive and comfortable. The SEL and GT trims now have available premium leather-appointed seats as an option. On the SE, SEL, and GT trims, the front driver and passenger seats now come with power functions.
Another new feature that will help improve interior comfort is the addition of rear air vents on all trim levels. This will provide better air circulation for the second and third rows. The SE, SEL, and GT trims also come with rear USB ports.
The 2019 Outlander does not add many new technology features this year, but it still comes well-equipped. Standard technology includes Bluetooth® connectivity, a 7-inch touchscreen, a rearview camera, and voice controls.
